2. Go to register
Both parties bring the above materials to the Civil Affairs Bureau of the permanent residence of one of them

4. Staff review
The staff will review whether the documents carried by the couple are complete, whether there are any information errors in the forms filled in, and ask whether the two parties are not suitable for marriage in terms of their marriage intentions, mental conditions, and blood relatives.
5. Give registration results
After the examination, the staff will soon complete the registration formalities and issue the marriage certificate. If it is found that the marriage is not suitable after the review, the staff will explain to the couple, and the couple will handle it again at a later date.
