Since then, premarital physical examination has become a voluntary choice, and whether to undergo premarital physical examination before marriage depends on the wishes of the parties involved. But there are many benefits to premarital medical examination, and it is recommended that the parties undergo a physical examination before marriage.

Pre marital examination items
1. Inquire about medical history, including significant personal medical history and family genetic history.
2. Physical examination
A、 General examination: Measure height, weight, blood pressure, and check the development of the whole body and nervous system.
B、 Examination of major organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs.
C、 Examination of secondary sexual characteristics, such as hair distribution, fat distribution, development of Adam's apple and breasts.
D、 Examination of the reproductive system, including the development of internal and external genitalia, the presence of congenital abnormalities, and other conditions.
3. Auxiliary examination
Chest fluoroscopy, blood routine test, urine routine test, syphilis screening, blood transaminase and hepatitis B surface antigen detection, trichomonas and mold detection of female vaginal secretions.
4. Other special inspections
Including hepatitis B serological marker detection, gonorrhea, AIDS, mycoplasma and chlamydia examination, semen routine, B-mode ultrasound, breast, chromosome examination, etc., which are determined according to needs and the principle of voluntariness.
