License process
1. The staff inquire about the parties' intention to get married, mainly to determine whether the marriage is voluntary.

3. Both parties who meet the conditions for marriage and voluntarily marry shall fill out a "Declaration of Application for Marriage Registration" and sign and fingerprint it at the declarant's place.
4. The parties involved restated the contents of the declaration on site, and the marriage supervisor acted as the supervisor and signed in the supervisor column.
5. The staff distributed marriage certificates to both parties.
