2、 The process of obtaining a marriage certificate
1. Register Appointment
Local civil affairs bureaus are encouraging newlyweds to make registration appointments. Before marriage registration, newlyweds can log on to the official website of the civil affairs bureau where one of them is registered or follow the official account to operate the appointment items.
2. Submit an application
Prepare the materials and go to the marriage registration office according to the appointment time. The registrar checks whether the two individuals have complete identification and briefly inquires about their voluntary marriage, physiological status, etc. After confirming that they meet the basic conditions for marriage registration, both parties fill out a "Declaration Form for Applying for Marriage Registration".
3. Review and administer oaths
After the newlyweds fill out the form, they will be handed over to the registrar for inspection. After confirming that the information is complete, they will personally witness the newlyweds signing at the "declarant" position and supervise the newlyweds to read the marriage oath.
4. Handle registration
After confirming that the documents and life forms submitted by the newlyweds are all correct, the registrar will assist them in obtaining the marriage certificate on the spot. If it is found that the registration does not meet the standards, the new employee needs to choose another time to register.
