The process of handling divorce

3. Stamp a strip seal on the marriage certificate of the parties, indicating "Divorce of both parties, invalidation of the certificate. XX Marriage Registration Office". Copy and archive the cancelled marriage certificate, and return the original to the parties involved.
4. Issue the divorce certificate to the parties involved in the divorce.
